    My question is.......

Can't you just add a couple raw vegetables to a SMOOTHIE??

The thing I hate about juicers is all the waste they kick out
And spinach greens etc don't go thru juicers well. That ? has to be wasting atleast 80% of each leaf

    I personally keep the pulp

The problem with adding it to a smoothie, is that smoothies having processed sugar and preservatives

So my mother has a juicer she told me I can get from her. My question is does it matter if its a high end brand? Why is the Jack lelane juicer special?

What do you do with the pulp?? Salsa ?? LOL

    My smoothies are
    Ice
    Variations of fresh fruit
Brown sugar or sugar in the raw

Yeah I guess the brown sugar is processed

Maybe if I just juice all the fruits and veggies and then add the leaves by blender??

best bet is to read consumer reviews on juicers..you want one that extracts the most juice..the jack lelane is the most popular one and its fairly priced; but not necessarily the best..the best one i think is the angel juicer and that ? cost $1100

    You do lose weight

But I wouldn't recommend this for weight loss

    It's more about cleansing
I'm shocked that ? @deadeye hasn't entered this thread yet lol!!!!!!!!!

no thanks im out chea tryna add 20 or so pounds I'm 190-195 im tryna be at about 215-220

Nah, bruh. It doesn't make you lose weight. You can have the benefits of feeling better if you drink one glass a day. I don't use it in place of anything. It's more of a supplement for me. I still eat my regular diet.

oh iight i thought this ? would slim me down

Make sure your bulk is clean, ? . Don't end up one of these strong fat ? outchea.

na fam im one of those cats with a super metabolism i aint ever gonna be one of those strong fat ?

    @allparish

    I love my ninja!!

Use it for the green smoothie- works great. Not sure on juicing either but that thing does it all :)
