Props for this find. This adds more credibility to the Buddhist text, the Lotus Sutra, which describes the Buddha giving a philosophical discourse to an audience of 10,000 aliens and interdimensional beings.

Interesting, although we should understand it likely was carved from a CRASHED meteorite, and was not necessarily carved in outer space. Than again, maybe it was.....

the meteorite hit the earth 15,000 years ago but the statue was carved only around 1,000 years ago. -
