You should be shot. and no

The game had more diversity.. people that took the art seriously and sells actually matched up with the skills for the most part..Even the one hit wonders were better then.. Alot of these cats woudn't have survived in that Era as far as longevity.. Now.. its ..C.R.E.A.M that reigns and gimmicks.. and "beats"

Lupe Fiasco sticks out like a sore thumb in mainstream hiphop cause he embraces lyricism and rejects being in it solely for the money and countless other 2000s stereotypes. He's the exception that proves the rule.

The fact that we throw rose petals at this ? 's feet for rapping like he had at least a highschool education is a big enough L for the 2000s. (Among countless others)

you gave me 2 examples of bad music from the 90s but right now we got young money, soulja boy, arab, gucci, oj the juice man, wacka flocka, mims, lil jon, party boys, cold flamez, new boyz, rangers, pretty much anything you can ? to, dem franchize boyz, pretty much anything you can snap to, the 2000s is when fat joe started sucking, crime mob, nellie, lil scrappy, ect. that was just off the top. i could go on if you really want me to. Plus way more legends came out in the 90s than any other decade

this is exactly my point. yall ? act like evrybody like evrybody in the 90's
    which is not the case
and the word legend is subjective to the user.
but pound for pund lyrical ability has progressed way past that of the 90's
if you omit this fact your a liar simple as that
now please prove me wrong on that one

Ok yall biggest complaint about hip hop today is the party songs...I guess Kid N Play and Luke and kriss Cross Vinalla Ice and Hammer and all them didn't come out in the 90's...The point is its always gone be good and bad rappers but its all opinion on which decade you think is better...IMO its hands down the 200's era

Em, Mos, Talib, and Common are 90s.

Jay Elec ain't even make a album, but he is raw.

Lol @ Ludacris. I bet your fav Luda album was Release Therapy? Regardless if you count Incognegro he was 90s too.
maybe T/S was born in the 90's

Man don't give us 90's babies a bad rep.
