I think pops is on to something. In public view I'd have the fam crying & ? too. Then I'll tell my son to start grabbing random broads ? & ? like that. Then when he gets caught use that as evidence in the lawsuit agianst the store & Nintendo.
"Lil jerome was scared of getting koodies from girls, but after this he is a ? sex addict. We are suing for emotional & pain & suffering damages. I just want my innocent son back (sobs)"
They will cut this dude a check so quick. -

Child gets a 3DS box full of rocks for Christmas
Dec. 30, 2012 (10:02 am) By: Laura Varley
A story of a five year old child who got a used 3DS containing explicit photos for Christmas has been buzzing around the Internet and now, another child has been traumatized by a Nintendo handheld this Christmas. This time, however, there wasn’t any rude pictures, in fact, there wasn’t even a 3DS in the box.
The boy from Talladega, AL must have thought he was on Santa’s naughty list when he opened his 3DS box to discover there was no shiny new handheld. Instead, he was presented with a bunch of rocks wrapped in tissue paper. Apparently this is part of an ongoing scam where an expensive device is bought, taken out of the packaging, and replaced with objects of a similar weight before being returned to the store for a refund. When staff are busy or don’t bother to check, the items get resold, resulting in an upset child and angry parents.
The mother, who bought the 3DS in a Walmart in Talladega, explained what happened to the store and she got a new 3DS to replace the rocks. She advises people to check their items before they leave the store so no one gets disappointed on Christmas in future.
A similar scam has been taking place with iPads, too – except instead of rocks being inside the boxes, amusingly the boxes are filled with paper notepads. So next time you’re out shopping for a gadget, check the contents of the packaging, or ask a member of staff to before paying.

Rocks? Sounds like a cool scam.
I'll go buy a 3DS, get rocks from outside, replace them, go back and tell them and get another free 3DS.
2 for the price of 1. -

Nah, the ? that got the possibly ? stained/tainted 3Ds got it worse. The kid in the above story just got a new one the day after, but the ? with the porn infested 3Ds was probably playing with that thing, and eating at the same time. nh.
