simple facts of life
there are thinkers and then there are do'ers
some people can design a house but arent physically gifted enough to bring the designs to fruition
some folks can strategize a fight but cant box for ?
thinkers and do'ers rely on each other at times cuz very few people excel at both
folks jus need to find which one they are and accept that.
everyone cant be Nino Brown, someone gotta by The Dudda Man -

What kind of foolishness is this? Are you really black? Smh. -
i dunno cuz black people are stupid
-
cuz blacks got the athletic ability but the whites got the brains.. modern day slavery.
-
The schools. Players dont play for the coaches. They want a school with prestige where they can get to shine. This is the case in football too. The southern states dont ? with black coaches.
-
It used to be a lot worse. And it will get better. But at bottom it's because of discrimination.

oh yeah,
i forgot to add
that leadership positions in big time sports are still plagued by the "good ole boy's club" syndrome
and yess

The best team is the team with the best players. It doesn't matter what color the coach is. If you cant recruit you wont win.

there we go...good job. -
no discrimination, my dude.. Mike brown (cavs coach who is black, won coach of the year last year and lebrons 1st coach was black, paul silas).. Stop with the ignorance
and the only reason he got that was because of lebron... -
does it mater, the plyers get paid more than the coaches and if yo team suck, the coach is gonna be fired

The existence of black coaches in the NBA doesn't mean that there is no discrimination. Plus I didn't mean discrimination in the NBA alone. I meant basketball in general. For example, most assistant coaches (who often get selected for a head coaching job eventually) worked in other leagues before they got their jobs. So discrimination in those other leagues will affect the chances of a black becoming head coach. -

but damn what fam???
some folks dont know how to play the position they have. and thats why ? crumble. its like when a 17 pts a game SF wants a trade to another team cuz he thinks he is better than the 26 pts a game SG.
then what happens is both the teams suck and they woulda been better if the swing man woulda jus stayed in his lane and passed the ? ball -

Coaches are overrated. Nick Saban - good recruiting = washed up coach
Its all about recruiting. Thats the most important part about being a coach.
Coaches that can spot talent are the smart coaches. Anyone can call plays. -
Say a team like the cav and lakers... They dont need a coach... Kobe and bron tell they team what 2 do anyway, the coaches are just there to sub in and out
-
I dont see a huge problem with it in the NBA but college is another story. It will take some time for it to happen but eventually it will.
some guys need to imagine themselves as coaches instead of the next C.Webb. Trying to be a rapper/producer and ballplayer. They are hiring we just have to know hows to get the job.
Some ? wont be happy until they own white slaves. -

the coach is not the boss, the gm/presidents are the real bosses they're behind players getting signed and coaches being fired. -
