the Mavs were up 2-0 in the finals and up in game 3 with 6minutes to go, lost the game and the series
the Mavs had the best record in the league, Dirk won MVP, and then they lost in an 1-8 matchup to the Warriors
and now, last night...down 2-1 to the 7seed Spurs, the "franchise" player Dirk, takes 10SHOTS?!?!?! thats it?!...17pts, 11rebounds for Dirk Nowitzki, while bein guarded by Antonio Mcdyess, Matt Bonner, and Richard Jefferson..word?!

most knew this already. Irk is to fragile and soft. he bails teams out by being a 7ft 2 guard shooting jumpers and playing no defense. imagine if they didnt have Jason Terry.... they would get blowed out every game

cosign, only lames that consider him a franchise player are the media people that stay on his nuts. The Mavs have continued to disappoint for the past 7-8 years, smh at people who thought the mavs would beat the spurs this year
I find it funny that Mavs fans talk so much ? , yet their team hasnt accomplished a damn thing ever -

i think charles barkley was right, dalls half court offense sucks. they just give it to dirk and hope he does something and the spurs send like two people soon as he makes a move. where is caron butler, jason terry, and shawn marion cant create his own shot

Irk has had a lot of help in the past and they still lost. Nash and Finley then they traded for JAMISON ,Van Exel, Antoinje Walker... they got rid of Josh Howard ? brought toughnes and offensive rebounding when he was healthy. Terry bails the out game after game with his shooting and Irk gets all the credit. Dampier gets ? on but he is the only big man on their team for yrs who played physical defense because Irk wouldnt defend the post. Dirk is a great complementary player

Honestly I think Mark Cuban opening his ? mouth has given the Spurs even more moviation now. If the Mavs lost the series this will teach Cuban to keep his mouth shut.
