in Dip Set's prime Hell Rell was putting out the hardest bars bsesides Juelz. He was probaly the best out of them lyrically.

    na dude
Cam and Juelz was tied for first
then JR Writer and 40 Call
Hell Rell was on the bottm tier

your trippin dude. I was huge into Dip Set back than. Cam started to regress at that point. Jones wasn't even rappin much. Juelz was on top of his game. J.R. Writer was dope but he was the most redundant and monotone one and he got tired real fast. 40 Cal was always forgetful. Hell Rell was putting out consistently the hottest ? . Dude was killing it

You just lost your argument. You never even heard the mixtape and it was one of the biggest dipset mixtapes in that year. You formulating your opinion out your ass. Thats like saying Lil Wayne is wack but never hearing the Carter.

and how is it a regional thing, im from Miami. and all my homies from Miami who were up on mixtapes were bumping it
