it is in street culture and in sports. lol -
There is a bunch of music you can listen to. Golden Age era hip-hop is some timeless ? I will never get tired of. You have Naughty By Nature, ATCQ, DITC, Public Enemy, Brand Nubian, Nas, AZ, Roots, Run DMC, De La Soul, Juice Crew and a bunch of other artists. You have Kendrick, Cole or Saigon keeping it real for youngins. I have more than 500 albums in collection and I don't have enough time to listen all that ? . I would love to. Illmatic, one of my fav records - I'm lucky if I bump it 3 times a year. If you're tired of music today, go on and search for older artists, cause I'm sure you missed many.

Just like anything, its all in how you look at it. Me, life is good and i enjoy music. But i dont really listen to songs i dont wanna hear. Its too simple. So i'll just consider myself fortunate and leave it at that. -
Didnt Jordan win his first title at 30? Ill wait.

It's NOT cool, but it is what it is. For all of us who've complained the quality of Hip-Hop songs has decreased dramtically over the last decade or so, the quality of R&B has pretty much flatlined. NO ONE (major, anyway) sings about love anymore. The art of the ballad is pretty much a lost art. There's pretty much no groups anymore, and even the underground artists are starting to thin out. R&B used to make you feel something: now it sounds like a bunch of dudes singing who can barely carry a tune that wanted to originally rap but wasn't good enough making songs.
Trey Songz? A classic? REALLY? Yeah....y'all really need to stop throwing that word around like that, man. You're devaluing the ? out of it. -

R & B been dead cause love is not celebrated anymore. Just a bunch of rapper-lites that go and have one nigh stands with bird brain hoes. -
