    One is used to help aid/heal the pain in patients with cancer while the other causes cancer in patients.

    Anything you smoke isn't healthy but this is a silly debate, especially when you compare herb related deaths to those caused by smoking cigarettes not to mention getting into juicing raw cannibus or boiling it into tea which doesn't even involve smoking.
