Yeah. I think you download the emulator you want. Then download the games through the emulator.
Alternatively, you can download them through your PC then put them on a USB pen drive or whatever.

Na you have to download ROMS via PC, emulators are legal and so are ROMS but to avoid legal trouble ROMS can only be gotten if one had the original game and ripped it using some kind of device

Alright heres a few impressions
Controller feels alright, not too bad and I've heard its a huge improvement from the dev/early backer's controller. However, it takes hella long for that thing to calibrate
For the standard "download game and play from store", its relatively simple. Nevertheless, this system is DIFFICULT in the beginning. Took me a day to learn how to sideload apps and though it may be a lifesaver now, that ? took FOREVER.
* Invest a nice USB drive btw if you plan on having roms/apks
Knightmare Tower is dopeee...hella addicting
