Thought take back the night was on the first album. & that cabaret track sounds like something drake would do!!! -

I cant wait and a ? getting this on the first day.
-
i loved Suit and TIe and i love Take Back the Night but the first album was way boring to me so meh
-
I expect this album to be way better than the first.
-
I ? with the first album... well most of it. I think this could be even better. Timberlake usually always delivers
-
I hope this has more bass than the first one, that was kinda weak on that part.

nope, I just don't turn the bass all the way up on the eq to make it every track "bump" like ya'll do. -

come on man, bass is never an issue on a timbo produced album.
the break on "don't hold the wall" had more bass than most albums do in their entirety lol
and spaceship coupe knocked as well.but compared to fsls I see what your saying . -
1st album is too dope...I honestly dnt see the 2nd being as good
-

The first one was wack IMO.
Too long
Only songs I ? with was Pusha Love, Tunnel Vision & Suit-Tie
Hopefully this one is better -
Ehhh only thing I could've done w/o was blue ocean floor and let the groove get in

did you type that all smug looking for ether reactions........
you know what they say about assuming -
Never listened to JT until this last album. Album was nice Tim got busy. Definitely checking out this new release not sure if its gonna be as good as part 1 though.

Part 1 and Part 2 are like day and night. That's kind of literal. Part 1 was a lighter sound and Part 2 is darker. The difference between these two albums is the same difference between Justified and Futuresex/Lovesounds. Like Justified, Part 1 was a throwback to old school R&B. On the other hand, Part 2 has more in common with Futuresex/Lovesounds in that it's more experimental and ambitious in sound. Not necessarily saying that Part 2 is on par with Futuresex/Lovesounds, but it's more comparable to that album than it is to Part 1. Only "Take Back The Night" and "You Got It On" sound anything like Part 1.

Besides the long ass songs (mostly just the 2 that reach 10 mins, I can work with the 7 mins ones after listening to so much of the weeknd) and some of the synths that are in these tracks (think Yeezus) I actually liked it. There were definitely a couple tracks where he really went away from that rnb/hip hop sound that was all over Part 1, and most of this album. Definitely like the Drake and Jay features, more so than Jay's feature on Part 1.

i like both albums! havent really gotten into the second album like talkin bout, but he still has some nice production on the album! gotta luv timbaland!
-
Listened to part 2 on the way to work, after the first listen I don't like it nearly as much as the 1st one
Maybe some songs will grow on me though.
Jigga's verse on Murder is pretty terrible too -
On first listen, I think I like part 2 more. I only really liked half the songs on part 1.
-
those cabaret and amnesia beat switches had a ? like
i liked more songs from part 2 but still feel part 1 was the better album
-
listened to it last night, got an hour in and realized there was still like a quarter of the album left.my brain just ended up turning off for the rest of it....can't help but feel that jt's kind of overexposed himself here.the production saves this imo because he isn't really saying a lot,its all a bit repetitive.
Cabaret is the ? though. -
"I'm tryna ease your mind, word to Boosie"
Cabaret, TKO and Murder are my favorite songs. I like Drink You Away too
