Every tuesday and thursday i ride 60 km from home to work.
This week i will add some abs and push ups. -

Im where I wanna be I just gotta maintain.
Run 3x a week and randomly get in trouble and do push ups -

Biking is a goood way to naturaly achieve it. It tighen the buttocks area too. -

I like biking at the gym not in the streets tho -
You can do push ups perfect!
While you go down bring one knee to your waist sideways.
you will muscle your abs front and side.
it could be difficult the first time. But once you master it you will gain time and results

1- RESPIRATION IS VERY SIGNIFICANT :
Many people are doing millions of abs per year and and see no results shape wise.
I was in that case.
Then i ve looked closely at SHAKIRA. Nh
First look closely at the way she dances. No way you gona see her PUSH her belly UPFRONT.
So i decided to make some test.
First ive decided to not inhaling /exhaling and pushing my abs upfront anymore. I elevate my diaphragm when i inhale, and block the abs from going upfront when i exhale.
Since it was unatural i had to concentrate alot for weeks until it was a reflex.
The results are STUNNING!!!
2 - BREATH STRECH SHAKE TECHNIQUE :
Its like the push ups. One hundred abs sone properly are better than 400 done unproperly.
Once again respiration is capital.
Inhale while pushing your abs backwards and elevate your diaphragm.
Then block you respiration
Then exhale while elevating your body. But remember . You abs dont have to be push forward!!!!.
Again at the begining do it slow until it s a reflex!!.

Being a body builder when you work and raising a family its something hard to realize.
However its not about solely being bulky.
this thread is about efficiency.
i mean that we must post solution for us average joes to attain oir goals without staying more than one hour in the gym.

By example here is a combination of pushups and abs and plank
- go down with one arm aligned with your shoulder and the other next to your core.
-while elevating switch the arms positions. Then go down. Then switch again.
your abs will compensate the stability lost due to the arm positioned next to the core. The arms position switch will make your abs to contract in order to keep your body straight.
3 in 1 :push up abs and plank -
Working on my diet.. more vegetables/fruits and less processed ? . Trying not to be a box vegetarian.
Staying in the gym/keeping up lifting schedule
Continuing Filipino Martial Arts and Krabi Krabong.
Drinking more water and less juice. No soda. -
1l soda per week.

I thought that I wouldn't be good at doing a workout regimen so I started doing a workout dvd and I've noticed results. I do the cardio and kickboxing routines. But on the days that I don't feel like doing it, I hop on the treadmill for .3 miles and do 50 push ups, crunches, lunges and squats. -

yea it does but I don't suggest wearing the heels with it -
I started at the beginning of the year. I was a whopping 197 lbs, now Im down to 184. Trying to get down to 150-160 by the middle of june though. Thats like 6-8 pounds a month....1.5 to 2 lbs a week..doable but hard. Mainly doing cardio with occasional calisthensics, at my age im trying to lose the bulk(muscle mass) from my 20s.
