I just read that Portugal recently decriminalized all drugs for personal use. I think Canada needs to do the same ? ASAP tbh.
Would you want your home country doing this?
In North Korea ? is legal and not considered a drug.

Yes. All drugs should be decriminalized.
-
You have no worries about addictions and substance abuse?
-
I personally don't want ALL drugs legalized. Marijuana should definitely be legalized since you can't overdose from it, it's mostly harmless IF you don't use it often, and it's a form of medicine too.
Heroin, coke, and ? will very easily ? up someone's life and should be used only by those who are really down and out amongst us, not for the avg every day person. And without a doubt we shouldn't legalize ? and krokodil. If ya'll haven't heard of krokodil, it comes from Russia and is so disgusting, it can make your body rot from the inside out. People who use it are known to have their face and body look like crocodiles. No way we should let that be legal -
But it's my body. If I want to inject oxidado why can't i?
Does the state really own my body? -

Oxidado? What the ? is that lol....sounds like a kitchen cleaning product. If you wanna inject it, no one is stopping you but if you wana inject hard drugs and the govt condones it, then the govt would also have to clean up the mess of parents who are ? drug addicts that would raise ? up kids. That's an expensive process, so by the govt making it illegal, it would discourage the bad behavior to begin with. -
I say legalize everything. Not to sound heartless but if wanna destroy your body that's on you.
-
Yes all drugs should be decriminalized.
It won't happen because to many entities are making major profits -
Decriminalized yes Legalized no. Drug addiction should be treated as a medical/mental issue not a criminal one. As it stands the criminal justice system and prison industrial complex are the ones that profit from keeping it criminalized while society in and the communities in general suffer because of it...
-
i wouldn't really be a good libertarian if i didn't want it all legalized. start with decriminalizing it if it makes you feel better.

I never would have thought this was Janklow

people that are dumb enough to get hooked on those hard drugs are going to do it whether it's legal or not.
at least if its legal the ? can be monitored, taxed and help is readily available. -

Add on I do believe violent crime and property theft should be prosecuted the same whether drugs are involved or not the drug motivated offenses should require additional help and treatment though... -
Legalize weed = Zero deficit
-
I should be able to walk into Spencer's Gifts and buy some magic mushrooms.

Weed legalization is pretty much already here - District Attorneys don't give a ? about misdemeanor weed possession, City cops routinely turn a blind eye to that ? , cities like philly already made it so you basically pay a fine and walk out for first time possession, Silk Road is real and poppin. Colorado, Washington, Cali is a LOCK next time its on the ballot and then its over. Nevada will be next after that - legal weed in Vegas ? yeah. Oregon. Pretty much the whole Western region of the country will be Weed legal very soon. Then its just a matter of how long D.C wants to keep up the charade, and which Eastern state makes the first move. Prolly Kentucky, considering how ridiculous their marijuana production is. They could rake in billllllllllllllions. Let's see how long that Bible Belt ? last against the power of C.R.E.A.M. We thought this would take 40 years to happen and instead its unfolding at high speed before our eyes. What a time to be alive.
Legalize ALL Drugs tho?
EHHHHHHHHHHHH
"Legalize All Drugs" sounds cool until you stop and think about a world where Wall St. and Corporate America are allowed to directly sell ? and heroin.....and ? ........
like real talk we prolly better off w/ the dope boys lol
certain ? is so nasty, its probably just best off left in the shadows. Like Child Prostitution. We know its there, and we can't ever truly eradicate it....but we sure as ? aren't gonna even consider legalizing it.
..........lol legal ? my ? . Imagine if they sold that ? at NFL concessions stands. Raiders home games would have a Afghanistan death toll. -
Silk road got shut down b. Where you been the past week?

trivia question: name me the first state to start attacking marijuana production with military assets. hint: it's not a Bible Belt state.Swiffness! wrote: »Legalize All Drugs" sounds cool until you stop and think about a world where Wall St. and Corporate America are allowed to directly sell ? and heroin.....and ? ........ -
damn I didn't hear about Silk Road. ya'll up on your drug news lol. Welp, it was nice while it lasted. hopefully this will make the deep/dark net child porn markets sweat a lil more.
reading up now, this reckless muhfucka was practically begging to be caught anyway. he was on that "i secretly want to go to prison" ? Tony Soprano was talmbout
"Portland, Maine votes next month on a marijuana legalization ballot measure"
drip drip drip
"Despite its seemingly limited impact, measures like Portland’s can still be vital to changing marijuana laws. For starters, they’re far cheaper to field than statewide ballot initiatives. “We got to 3,000 signatures through volunteers mostly,” Boyer says. To get an initiative on Maine’s state ballot, legalization advocates would need closer to 60,000 signatures, and that would cost money. Fighting for policy changes in just one city also means spending less on ad buys.
Cities are also part of the legalization movement’s long game. Before Colorado voted as a state to legalize ? , Denver, Breckenridge, and Nederland passed legalization initiatives in 2005, 2009, and 2010, respectively, giving the 2012 push that much more momentum. The flip side of such victories is that if you can’t get big, dense, liberal cities to support marijuana legalization, the state’s probably not ready."but it's not like it's not a billion dollar business NOW. take that money away from drug traffickers who can destabilize governments and ? TERRORISTS and organized crime and make it a clear-cut thing.
Yeah, I REALLY am saying I have more faith in the humanity of organized crime figures than the humanity of giant multi-national corporations smh. Destabilize governments.....yeah, sure glad our friendly altruist corporate buddies never do that lol. -
I don't like people putting all drugs in the same category. Should selling krokodil be legalized?
We shouldn't use such tactics of saying everything has the same level of impact. That's the same tactic they use to make Marijuana illegal. Certain drugs have to much a detrimental affect on people and communities outside of those who use. If it only hurt you then do you but that's not the case at all. Users shouldn't be penalized and should face treatment but sellers need to act like they have good intentions rather then the intent to profit off of misery. -

and none of this STILL addresses the dollars based on the drug war. just saying...FuriousOne wrote: »I don't like people putting all drugs in the same category. Should selling krokodil be legalized?

Legalize all drugs, stop the ? war in drugs. The funding is ridiculous and their efforts don't even put a dent in the "war on drugs".
Find better ? to fund. -
Ending the war on drugs frees up billions of dollars but it will also cause an unemployment hike unlike something scene in decades.
Every police jurisdictiction from local or federal has drug task forces. Without that where are all those people gonna work? Some police stations also achieved independence by using drug forfeitures. Most people on prison are in for nonviolent drug crimes so you would effectively crush private prisons and the incarceration industry as a whole.
Now I still believe that all drugs should be decriminalized and drug addicts should be treated like mental health patients (one of many things we need to fix here) but it's something to think about. -
Its tricky. I think people should have the right to destroy themselves however they see fit. My concern is about those that depend on the drug users and us having to pay for the abusers.

Some body should make this thread.
