Because it was in the Charter laws dating back to the 60's.
Keep in mind the Sons are based off of The Hell's Angels. They don't like black people.
Are you sure it's Hells Angels? I thought it was Sons Of Silence? I could be wrong.
There are a couple of Gangland episodes on YouTube about Hell's Angels. One of the episodes had a former prospect explaining they didn't like black people across the street from their club unless they are hookers. Look it up.

Well ? don't mean anything lol you think Hells angels is the only racist MC? -
Last nights episode was great. The whole child porn part was disturbing but I love how Jax shot that sick ? in the head. I actually thought he was gonna just pistol whip her .
And ? Tara ....she won't get away with this. Hopefully Jax didn't sign divorce papers.....I mean who signs stuff about their kids without reading it ????
Looking forward to next weeks episode -
MCs like that have multiple chapters though. The Oakland HAs apparently have a longstanding friendship with the black MCs in the area, so I guess you have to take it on a case by case basis.
And I like the Gangland show, but I think some of those people on there says some of that ? just to be dramatic. -

This..I remember watching the Sons of Silence episode and them ? was talking about how when the Nomad Charter rolls in town they ? everyone then leave. -

lol What? Did you basically just say they get along as long as they don't come into contact? That means they don't get along. -

cross = do one another wrong
cross paths = come into contact

Tara learned from the best thought...
I dont understand why her play had to be so strong thought
Why does Shane.. whatever his characters name on this .. talk like hes from 1850 ? hilarious..
I dont feel sorry for Gemma at all
And CCH pounder seems to be kind playing like Forrest Whitaker did in the Shiel.. alot less ? and sinister -

Walton Goggins aka Shane is from the South, born in Birmingham and raised in Lithia Springs, Georgia (a suburb on the outskirts of Atlanta) so his accent may well be pretty close to that. -

Ehhh sometimes those terms are used interchagably, but I got you now. -

Accent is not the same as how you "talk" i was talking about the words/phrases he used -

well in that case the obvious answer to your orginal question is that the writers obviously felt that the dialog + the drag ? + his accent = hilarity -
Either that or he's just a very limited actor, and the writers of the shows that he's on just let him stay in his lane.
-
I like it when networks recycle actors, its refreshing when you see an old character on a favorite show rehashed as someone new on a new show. HBO is the best at that.
-
nah he didnt talk like that in the shield.. hes a damn good actor imo. and writers of shows have all times of people who stay in "lanes"
-
Scust at tig should've got clapped with Pope
Tara Is a Physco ? -
Watching now and Jax just muuurrrrked that old nasty ? ...
That's real ? ? ...Damn.
That was so pleasing. -
I could feel that old lady murking coming. I just thought it was gonna be Tig, cause it looked like he was thinking about his daughter
-
@playmaker he talks like that on justified. another great fx show
-
So with Jax murking that despicable old woman, should we maybe give Tig some slack for drowning that A-Rab in ? ?
