Pac and its not close. From the Black Panther up-bringing, to the being shot 5 times and living, the court cases and jail time, the shooting of the Off-Duty Cops and coming to the Death Row and becoming to main attraction, the beef, etc, etc.
I didn't even mention the movies...
And if you want to admit to it, or not..his death is a part of his legend. Being murdered during the height of your fame/career is a big deal.

ONLY reason why Pac is really a goat is because he's DEAD. I love Tupac, but people always front mane. They only bandwagon because he's dead. If he would come back since people CLAIM he's alive the dude would be relevant for 6 months. Then he would fade away. So I will say Nas.
