I need help breaking down this Lil Wayne line

on that steady mobbin song where he says "hope i dont look weak cause when the wolf cry wolf you still see the wolf teeth" what does he mean by that?
if someone was crying wolf that would mean that they are bluffing. it wouldnt matter if i see the tooth of the wolf because he is bluffing and wont bite. fear wouldnt be there. so is wayne saying he is a ? talker that wont really pop off or is it something deeper behind this line. ive been puzzled for a month

well first off, lil wayne is trash
but basically the reason why you dont understand this is because its a reach just like all of wayne's metaphor's and analogy's
he's saying that there are fake people out there getting by ... basically
you're right about the cry wolf part .... it is a bluff (fake person) but some people get intimidated or amazed by the things they see ... so when they see the wolfs teeth, they forget to call his bluff. all they see is the front that the wolf is putting up and dont look any further
the reason why lil wayne is weak is just because a "wolf (or person) is crying" doesnt mean you'll see his teeth .... so the double entoundre/ analogy is a reach and its trash ... i guess its because he makes alot of songs and the content is naturally watered down because of this -

That means, no matter how vulnerable he seems, don't get it twisted. By crying wolf he is not talking about bluffing (dude isn't that deep), he is talking about basically him crying for help or being shown in a vulnerable position. You can still see the wolf teeth shows that no matter how vulnerable the position, he is still the "hardest ? out". -

Now initially I thought of how Somali people share, food like a group of them will eat from one dish, but that ? dont make sense in the context of the song but it is Wayne post Rikers Island. Anyone have some insight?
