James Cameron gets the rights back in 2019. I'll wait and see what happpens then.

They don't need to reboot this. WTF is the point of digitally remastered DVDs if they jus gonna redo the ? all over again
If anything they are jus making us olde people look like cynical ole heads when we say the original is better
Robocop/elm street/total recall /terminator/predator /etc should not be touched so soon.
Those franchises are still fresh in our mind abd hearts. We can share those movies with the younger folks as examples of our past time.
Hollywood is too ? sked to green light new ? . Tired of this ? man. Sequels, reboots and variations of movies wit the same actors .
I mean , how many times is Jason station gonna play a quiet dude who is forced to start kickin ass ?

so after terminator salvation their going with a reboot? it will tank unless they bring back Arnold and cgi him like they did in salvation and keep it gritty and not try to make it hi tech like they did with total recall and this new Robocop remake . but personally i'm not going for another reboot. man of steel is the last reboot franchise I will tolerate although technically it's not a reboot. I might consider batman if done right.

the 1st Terminator was so trill..one of the best Sci-Fi thriller movies EVER!...for them to remake it...smh they should just continue with the series

Hollywood is scared to make new movies out of fear of them flopping.
I bet they feel if they do something that's already established they know they will make x amount of money because its familiar.

i was watching T2 the other night and was thinking....man they should re-do this movie...mostly cuz the visual effects were some ? back then so i'd actaully want to see a reboot of T1 and T2
(WITHOUT EVEN A 2sec CAMEO BY ARNOLD'S OLD ASS) -
the Cinematography in T2 was ? off the chain i dont even think they had to even remaster that ? for HD.. the ? was just that crisp however so many years ago that amazed me more than anything they spared no expense
