Good album....can't call it a classic tho
-
Solid album, thought he would be around alot long than he was. Coming out under Em I cant remember if he was a casualty of 50's success or not
-
only song i still bump is the setup. and not even the original, the remix where Redman got his Eminem albums confused. That must've broken Em's heart lol

He went platinum with this album though atleast he can look back and say he got a platinum plaque so many rappers can't say the same

Thats what i'm saying, Cheers was a successful project. I was suprised there wasnt more support for the follow up -
? was just ok, production wise its lackluster, if only Obie hooked up with someone with actual talent, like Yeezy

I know right even though @just.might.b.ok is trolling it's good to see most mature people with sense appreciate a dope album in this thread -
Obie is dope, this album is too but I won't go as far as to say its classic. The production was fire, Oh!, The Set Up, We All die One day, ? hits the fan are all bangers.
-
I honestly forgot that this album existed until this thread popped up.
-
I thought this album was dope. I was hyped because I figured his sophomore would be meaner. It wasent.

Hell yeah it's a top 5 best produced ever album in my opinion
Every beat was a straight banger this was wen Em was at his peak as a producer -
Nice album
-
Obie Trice and Proof were the best 2 rappers ever from Detroit besides Eminem
-
Superior rappers/producers than eminem/obie/proof
Rappers: Big Herk, Elzhi, Royce, Guilty Simpson, King Gordy, Danny Brown, Slum Village, Purple Gang
Producers: J Dilla, Black Milk, Icewood, -
What has any of your opinions u stating gotta do with this thread? Cheers is a platinum album and everyone in this thread is praising it for being a great album
