The NPC in the Sentinel XS has been happening ever since the online started working correctly. I can't remember how many times I've been run over or I see a car just speeding past me for no reason. Sometimes, if you shoot the NPC, they'll shoot back at you and try to ? you.

Thats a Lambadati Felon. Sometimes they're hard to find, other times you can't stop seeing em. You can steal em and they sell for $9000 at LS customs. Its pretty but it's not ? with the Exemplar in a race.

That's funny, speaking of the crew that ? is dead. We had a nice 3 week run then ? just stopped playing. Can't say I blame em.
