To get your back if there is a racial issue (at work, or whatever)?

I mean in general, not your girl/friends/etc.


Honestly, I can't say that I do for a lot of them. Just seems like a lot would prefer to ingratiate themselves with non-blacks than defend a brother (esp. the more middle class ones). I trust brothers way more.

    Nope.

    Don't much trust any of these other gold-digging ? either.

    Might make exceptions for women I know personally, but would I blindly expect any chick to have my back - hell no.

    And with the amount of issues that Black people seem to take with other Black people nowadays, I can't even call it.

    Every other day, it's a "Blacks need to do better...", "Why is it that only Black people...." thread.

    Yep. I've been in the situation and had plenty black women behind me when I got fired from the plant. Me and the superintendent had an "altercation", they didn't even see what happened and they petitioned to have me reinstated and moved to where they were.

    Most of them were older, a few were my age. Without even knowing the particulars they figured it was racial because he was known to them to be that type of ? .
