Its too bad I ? up the poll. I hit enter before I was finished so there's only 9 choices. The 10th choice would have been "Road to the Riches" - Kool G Rap

Vapors - Biz MarkieGeto Boys "Makin' Trouble" , NWA "S.O.C.", Too Short "Life Is Too Short", and Eazy-E "Eazy Duz It", was what I listening to in 1988, so......
But, out of these - "Vapors". -
Yeah I remember "Gangsta Gangsta" used to get played on Streetbeat 95.3 in the summer of 88.
"It's not about a salary/Its all about reality" -
It Takes Two - Rob Base and DJ EZ Rocki was 7-8 yrs old then
the rest are classics no doubt but they mightve went over my head a bit -
I was 15 years old in 1988, and I can remember BET used to have a show called "Video Vibrations" that came on from midnit-2. They played a smorgasbord of videos and I remember that night they dopped "it takes 2" that summer, that ? was crazy. It played all over the airwaves and I was down south in Mississippi that summer too.
-
My Philosophy - Boogie Down ProductionsHell of year for hip hop.
