I never knew the PSP was so successful in Japan. I always wondered why Capcom moved Monster Hunter to handhelds. Now I see why.

Japanese wants games to be games and not movies...
As the graphics get better the interest gets lowered...
Plus, they are content will playing the same games over and over again... That's why there's 20 Dynasty Warriors out there -
Gaming is in deep ? . People embrace the latest FPS instead of the latest creative game

Western games ain't ? & with Japan falling off it's even worse now.
I'm not even feeling the PS4(assuming E3 doesn't deliver). If it wasn't for Nintendo I would just ride out the old systems for a few more years.
