Ok something doesn't seem right about all that. It sounds like government is doing things to get a city lock down in place cause random cars driving up and shooting people on bus stops sounds fishy to me

Dozens of people were shot across Chicago over the Fourth of July holiday weekend -- some by police officers -- CNN affiliates WGN, WLS and WBBM reported.
The stations reported at least 11 were killed and at least 50 others were injured in Chicago shootings since Thursday.
In 2013, 12 people died and 75 were injured during the four-day Independence Day holiday, WLS reported.

They mostly all locked up doing Football numbers. Or strung out on dope. When the real leaders got locked left a lot of Mid level cats that never had the respect to step into those roles.
