Superman PrimeSuperman Prime doesn't have a lot of feats to showcase, but what has been shown of him would indicate that he's FAR above the Surfer.
In addition to his own Kryptonian powers, amped probably thousands of times, he has the powers of all the Supermen in his lineage, and that includes the powers of a 5-D Imp. And if you read any DC, you know how powerful they are.
So yeah, I'd say Superman Prime is way more powerful. -
Superman PrimeSuperman Prime is too powerful. Surfer can just drain normal Superman, but I don't think he could do that to Prime quick enough for it to make a difference. He was able to beat Monarch who at that time was probably comparable to Surfer in power.
