That's the question a Miami woman asked after she found a photo of her brother laced with bullet holes at a police shooting range, according to a report out Thursday by WTVJ-TV. Valerie Deant found the photo last month after the North Miami Beach Police had finished a round of training.

"The picture actually has like bullet holes,” Woody Deant said. “One in my forehead and one in my eye. …I was speechless."
North Miami Beach Police Chief J. Scott Dennis told WTVJ-TV his team could have used better judgement but their practice of shooting actual photos will continue. He claims its a routine practice. The department said more mug shots are being added to their library in order to create more variety.
The photos used during the event in question were all mug shots of young, black men.

I know where we stand with police so this isn't surprising. In their eyes black people especially young black men are the enemies.

1) why are they practicing shooting head shots? That's malicious in itself
2) When "good cops" practice with these they are subconsciously associating black faces with shoot. Which might be the purpose with these exercises -

Of course that's the purpose. It's training. Training your mind not to second think or hesitate. Training your mind that it's ok. Later they'll feel justified in it, because they're training for it everyday. -

Marine buddy of mine said they called it, "? -? Games". You gotta take someone that's got 18 years of killing people is wrong in their heads, ? all that up, and demonize the enemy so they don't freeze up in combat.
I knew an old former Drill Sergeant that was training his troops before that "conditioning" was the norm. Claimed they was sending a bunch of boys out there that wasn't ready and coming back dead faster than they can train the next batch. Said it's where the term "spray and pray" came from. Dudes was shooting, but too scared to even look at they enemy down the sights.
So, yeah. These cops are doing some Neo-? , White Extremist, training ? IMO. -
