i keep hearin "modded"
? thats a suped up mustang jus like that meow on wheels is a suped up challenger..
now if i had to buy that car THEN take it somewhere to get it "modded" then ud have an argument.. i wemt amd paid EXTRA MONEY to ADD ? to my car like u do ur charger..
but if i can walk into a Ford Dealership and be like i want the RTR and they give me the keys to that ? and i ride out huntin ? in wheels then its nothin u can tell me..
if i get that car im sure i can go mod it and make it even faster.. so ? that noise. hahaha -
"aftermarket" would mean AFTER i get it from the "market" i put ? on there..
but if i go TO THE MARKET... and leave wit a car faster aint no argument.. i dont care what they did to it.. they signed off on it so its they car.. FORD now offers a car faster then a Hellcat.. not a car u can go make faster then a Heavenkitten.. "out the box" faster..
but to a ford tho!?! hahaha -

i prefer the speed limit and talkin to ? in the passenger sippin on somethin 80 proof.. -
This ? Boss clowning today, that demon to the big eyed kitten post was goat LMAO!!
@BOSSExcellence, you make a valid point, I can't even argue against it really cause you can walk into a dealer and get that car. The Hellcat is produced inhouse, the RTR isn't made in a Ford factory. Thats my only point. -

Except for the fact that they paid Lebron to ride in that joint.. If they paid me like they Paid Lebron hell yeah it would be good enough.. lmao..
Straight up that car is over 50k and ugly as ? . They paid Lebron and gave him to car for free.
for 50k I'll cop that hyundai genesis instead
Nothing but greatness -
I've waited to revisit this particular topic until Car and Driver did a full blown instrumented test on a real production model.
It happened.
http://www.caranddriver.com/dodge/challenger-srt-srt-hellcat#
C/D TEST RESULTS:
Zero to 60 mph: 3.9 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 8.1 sec
Zero to 130 mph: 12.9 sec
Zero to 150 mph: 19.1 sec
Rolling start, 5-60 mph: 4.3 sec
Top gear, 30-50 mph: 7.6 sec
Top gear, 50-70 mph: 6.3 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 11.9 sec @ 124 mph
Top speed (drag limited): 199 mph Braking, 70-0 mph: 154 ft
Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 0.91 g
Not exactly the numbers that have been thrown around. I already posted a 1/4 mile trap of 11.66 @ 124mph from an S65 AMG at the drag strip, and you can buy a 2005/06 S65 AMG right now for $20K-$30K. -
And so... Let's contrast this with Cadillac's new CTS-V
http://www.caranddriver.com/cadillac/cts-v
Zero to 60 mph: 3.6 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 7.5 sec
Zero to 130 mph: 13.6 sec
Zero to 150 mph: 17.4 sec
Zero to 170 mph: 25.8 sec
Rolling start, 5-60 mph: 3.8 sec
Top gear, 30-50 mph: 2.0 sec
Top gear, 50-70 mph: 2.1 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 11.8 sec @ 124 mph
Top speed (drag ltd, mfr's claim): 200 mph
Braking, 70-0 mph: 149 ft
Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 0.98 g
So much for the Hellcat... -

Before Menace jump back in, but its about the price to performance ratio why the hellcat gets the raves.
