Instead they catch ? possessed guy who practices ? and such.. My beef is the series implied higher society types covering these acts up( which I liked, because i I believe these satanic cults exist in our society and practice sacrificial ritualism)
My point is the ones who do these things wear business suits not just the stereotypical guy which was portrayed
not to pick on you fam, but i've read several posts similar to yours about the finale was wack.
imo, the finale was fitting. Again, the show wasnt about exposing the whole ring. Stuff like this portrayed in the show goes on to a much deeper level that the game doesnt change, only the players. We just have to assume that the circus packed up and headed elsewhere, but it aint gon stop.
Everything isnt gonna always have a cut and dry explanation. -
I think it would setting yourself up for disappointment to think this season will be like season one. I'm approaching it as a different show altogether. I'm guessing it'll have more action and nudity than last season. Cosign to the fullest that it won't touch episode 4. That was just beautiful.

Yeah, the whole ritual abuse through the church funded schools thing never got any further, if anything I would have hoped Rust would have said something so his partner took that lead to go beat the ? out of that slick talking ? with the massive office. They set it up like two guys would ? bring down the state corruption after the were almost ruined themselves by the case, it just turned into a incestuous redneck with a ? up backyard who may or may not have actually been related to or a product of those generations long rituals of gang ? in service to the cult based around the Yellow King mythology... but nope, those were all just red herrings, just a fat redneck who ? his mom and tortures his dad with a crazy treehouse. Oh, and the guy who hates life finds ? after he nearly gets killed by a maniac, which if anything proved the brutal cruelty of life and the suffering you incur on the road to doing good things once again. You know, the character they built up for 7 episodes?
All that work for so little made little sense.
You missed alot of sruff -
Just started season 1 tonight! should have it done before season 2 starts.
-
It looks like this season is gonna be a huge departure from season 1.
They better hurry and get McConaughey and Harrelson back for season 3 -
^ nah. For season 3 they need to get Wesley snipes or Don Cheadle with the bad guy from No Country for Old men.
-
Alexandria Dassario or whatever her name is had a GOAT nude scene season 1

-
Sexy so far.
I'll keep watching. -
That scene with Collin Farrell and the kid with his pops was hilarious
-
I do hope that sexual dysfunction isn't the theme of this season.
My sex life is ? up enough already. -

8, same as the first season. -
Meh.
First ep didn't grab me but i like that all the ? up cop characters met up at the end. Should be an interesting rest of the season -
I liked the first ep. They all have dysfunction as to the first season I think the theme was addiction
-
I liked this episode it doesn't draw you in immediately like season 1 did but I like what I'm seeing. Colin Farrel's character is a trip
He's gonna give Mcnulty a run for his money
Lady officer is dealing with a lot of daddy issues. I thought it was kinda convenient for her to have two cases that force her to run into family.
Motorcycle cop is the least interesting so far. A former military man who has sexual hangups and suicidal tendencies.
Vince Vaughn is literally just playing himself it doesn't even look like he's trying at all. -
Not a bad first episode, I think the key for me to really enjoy is trying not to compare it to the first season. I don't expect them to top the masterpiece that season one was.
-
Not really feeling the first episode that much. Almost fell asleep a few times actually. I have hope though that it picks up as the season goes along.
The first season caught you from the beginning because the case was mysterious given the cult angle. Plus Matthew and Woody were great actors. With this case it's just a city manager who was murdered and the actors aren't really pulling me in.
