WWE 2k16 To Feature Over 120 Wrestlers
Options
Annual franchises have to push in order be bigger and better each year. Same is the case with WWE 2K games, 2K brings us something new each year to convince us to buy yet another installment in the series.
This year, 2K is introducing the biggest roster to date in WWE 2K16. The company has announced the inclusion of over 120 unique models.
For those who were skeptical about the biggest roster ever claim from 2K, the following statement was shared:
For anyone doubting the ”largest roster ever” tag line for WWE 2k16, let us assure you, that we are bringing over 120 unique playable Superstars and Divas to the game. Now when we say unique, we’re not counting the repeats like 5 John Cena models, or 8 Mark Henry models.
As WWE 2K16 will feature popular WWE wrestlers and divas, while superstars from NXT will also be in the game. Moreover, legends from the past are sure to glorify the game with their appearance.
For now, Paige, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Bad news Barrett, Daniel Bryan and Finn Balor are confirmed. We can expect more stars to be announced in the coming weeks, so stay-tuned for more updates.
WWE 2K16 is slated for an October 27, 2015 release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

I really hope they bring back a lot of the modes/ideas they took out of 2k15. I regret buying 2k15 digital because it I barely played it and because of the limitations.

Fire Pro Wrestling Returns >All wrestling games
-
That game was fiyah too -
Blame wwe for that tho. 2k was trying to put out 2k15 around wrestle mania but wwe wanted in October so that's why a lot of the features were missing
-
Do we really need 120 characters? Even if a good portion of them are DLC (which will probably happen), does someone really want to play with the likes of R-Truth or Jack Swagger?
Cut that list in half and add more modes.

Wrestle mania 2000 was that ? too.

wat yall kno bout saturday night slam masters

Wcw vs nwo revenge, set that ? off........
wrestlemania 2000 was dope
and wwf no mercy was the icing on the cake -

I would prefer them to have an actual playable and engaging career mode.
this years edition consisted of Vicki guerrero telling me week after week that she had nothing lined up for me, then randomly winning the title and the career mode ends. Wack -

Yeah, the career mode was super wack!! If you are a face, Vicky Guerrero tells you every week, she has nothing for you. Then you choose Dark Match or Live Match and that's it. Nothing else really happens. You don't fight for any other title, then you just retire... garbage.

I was mad disappointed with it. they had hyped it a lot too, I ended up having 1 million Dark matches vs jimmy Uso then winning the title with no back story. Gargabe -
Gameplay 2k15 was really good but yeah the features were meh

2k14 had 100 slots not 50 but 100 compared to a measly 25 we were given in 2k15. If I wouldn't had got 2k15 digital I would have traded it in for something else. If I buy 2k16 and it's a bunch of BS this year I will be tossing it with the quickness. -
Stone cold Steve Austin on the cover

This means, it will be WWE 13 all over again or 14, can't remember, where we played the attitude era and one of them was Stone Cold's era. Apparently, 2k has made the Stone Cold era playable again.
