The lawsuit, first reported by TMZ Sports, was filed Wednesday by an unidentified woman who said she dated Rose from 2011 to 2013. She is accusing Rose and two friends of slipping a drug into her drink and later committing sexual acts against her will. The incident, she alleged, occurred in August 2013.

    Rose is 1,000,000% innocent. He will skate through this.
    However, this will make him a target.
    Being a black public figure, this will stick to him, more so than a white public figure.
    Other women can now cook up a scheme, n play the "derek rose ? me" card, with even more succes becuz, the label is now on him. If im Rose, I'll counter sue and make an example out of her.

    There's so many holes in this naive broad's story.

    she figured if she acts out, all Rose's sexual fantasies, she would be a sure thing, and move up the ladder from jump off to wifey. As usual, it never works that way..

    After two years of being Rose's "girlfriend" she realized she wasn't making progress up the ladder. guessing she had leeway, from them years of being his freak ,she tryed to test the waters, n got disposed of.

    Wanting revenge, She then trys to flip the script and be an over-night schemer . And since she's no schemer, and was only collecting sperm, instead of data, she had nothing on Rose.

    Naw She done ? up. She's on her third lawyer . She never pressed any charges, and instead, is trying to sue...

    She claim she was too scared to go public, yet runs to TMZ instead of the police...
    She's not pressing criminal charges on all 3 men, instead she's only suing Rose... its so transparent. Any Lawyer who half assed their way through law school, can rip this ? apart in their sleep.

    Her story dont even make sense. So Derek Rose drugs her. She manages to escape with her friend . mind u, she's Feeling Hazy. Instead of going to the hospital, she goes home and then while feeling Hazy, allows her friend to leave.

    Then all this time, Rose was following her. He has spidey senses, and knew the exact time her friend left, so he can enter her building undetected.
    Rose, kicks down her door ,mind u during that time period he had a broken knee. Rose and his cronies then proceeded to ? her... and then she just goes to sleep, like it was a regular week day ?

    No call to the police , or hospital visit ? No complaints of loud noises from the neighbor, as she was getting ? or from noises when they kick down her door??


    I wanna see the date she provides for the incident. Remember,Rose got injured that season, had surgery and was overseas most that summer, touring for addidas.
    Also, im sure theres surveillance footage of rose entering her building, that investigators can examine.
