Hardest beat of 2000, hardest intro of 2000, most swagged out lines of 2000. Prodigy clearly was the King Of NY when this dropped. If he didn't get sick in early 2001 he would of smashed Jay Z worst than ether and had enough strength to defend himself against Nas. Prodigy is undisputed GOAT

It never gets old

I wished HNIC was a Mobb Deep group album. It would've looked really good on their resume. Keep It Thoro is a masterpiece.

i remember reading that he used to put a large amount of time into crafting the most memorable opening bars, ? really paid off
classic album anyway, remember thinking it was odd at first because Ps flow had changed, havoc not producing much or rapping, and it was an album that i just stumbled across even tho i was a big mobb fan, but its a very personal album. i miss just going into a store and finding an album, taking chances on stuff youve never heard n that
p really opened up on veterans memorial and you can never feel my pain
keep it thoro tho>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
oh and
'look at my chain, look at my anklet' still makes me laugh

nah man i see what you mean and i used to support mobb heavily, bought every album up to amerikaz nightmare, they were the youngest in the game it seemed and they were killing it, so i had an affinity for them. but that album really benefited from just letting P do his own thing, felt really personal like i say -
Classic, song didn't even need a hook
