Lower back for me EASILY..
Probably cause ive never worked that out in my life until somewhat recently
lower back isnt covered by the 'conventional' workouts lol thats prob why it took so long

Squats.......

It varies for me......some times its chest...some times legs...some times abs. I did shoulders and traps today and it was slaughter.

Legs most definitely...my best workouts tend to be back or shoulders..

Leg day always rough, but I struggle most wit gettin bigger calves.

I love shoulder and back day....I go extra hard on those days....hard to put my shirt on the next day

Legs. The muscles are so much bigger it's just a lot more strenuous.

Umm yes, lower back is covered in conventional workouts, they're called deadlifts, even ? do them.
As for most strenuous workout area, that'd easily be legs:
stiff deads, front/back squats, hack squats, leg press machine, leg extensions, leg curls, good mornings and lunges, every exercise is stressful and intense. -
I actually change my vote to cardio.
A day of doing cardio guarantees a good ass sleep though. Tired as ? when i'm done
