Unfortunately it looks like dude was. He refused to give his legs up when taking the move. As a result Jannetty's entire bodyweight came straight down on his head/neck. Not only is that exactly how it looks but dude even made the case against himself by admitting he was weary about taking the move without having his hands to protect himself, which shows apprehension and timidness on his part. -
