I use push up bars. Cyst in my wrist and ? carpal tunnel, but find the bars leave little to no pain.
Got few variation, go through 7 positions with where I place the bars. Maybe do 6 types, 10 reps of each as my warm up, then the 7th type go for 100 reps in total. Then every other day just switch ip to the next position so constantly switching it up. -
tried to do some with my 4 year old son on my back, the weight was great the boys been eating his dinners, only problem was he didn't want to stay on after the 7th rep, was thinking of investing in a weight vest are they worth the money tho?

Save your money. I was going to purchase a weight vest and it was about 150 bucks for 40 pounds. I was on line, realized how dumb the purchase was, and just left.

I do 15 reps & sets how long should I rest in between sets??

I'm trying to max out my pushup but every ? time I hit 67 ? just starts to feel impossible done everything I could think of to increase it and I can never get it past 70. Did incline perfect pushup every morning and night I knock out 150 ? is really starting to aggravate me

I was dead-ass thinking about that the other day while I was walking. Like, no wonder ? stayed small in high school, we carried around heavy-ass backpacks around school all day lol.

its merely an accessory workout to get your heart rate up
