    And again, it comes down to the music, kendrick makes music that can be enjoyed by the masses, lupe makes music that only a small demographic enjoys. Tho Kendrick is lyrical, he's more of an artist than a rapper (dont ? my vibe , these walls, for example) , lupe just focuses on making intricate bars (that really arent) and yall ? sit there countin how many times he flipped rain/reign and pain/pane.

    I love the Lupe ain't versatile argument when it ain't true. Dude has his super lyrical ? .....his braggadocio rap.......he has his concept songs. ...he has the story telling songs.....Dude just unfairly gets put under nonsensical backpacker rap

    Cuz it's only good to that small demographic. So to ask why doesnt Lupe get the same recognition/accolades as K.dot , it's because most people dont ? with that ? lol. There's a reason why Jay ,Pac, Nas are held in such a high regard, because they made music all hiphop fans could enjoy and touched every demographic, whether it be storytelling tracks, club bangers, songs for the block or for the females, etc.
