Just started running this week. Haven't really worked out at all since I got my car 4 or 5 years ago.... Haven't been measuring the miles but I usually go for about 1-2 hours...... ? does make you feel good. And I've been eating hella bananas.

Got back on my running routine yesterday. I try not to go too far though, I'm just doing it to keep the heart rate up, keep the six pack bulging, and be ready if I have to run for my life or something like that. Running is a great stress reliever for me though. I can go out and think with a clear head.
