You can also do healing spells and protective spell work to balance with a banishment spell.
Usually, I work with protection/healing work because it's a more soothing energy. -

Banishment spells should only be used if you've consulted the Ancestors on whether or not it's beneficial to all those who are involved, and a positive result of justice is sought.
I do not use banishment spells for everyday people I encounter, however, they are incredibly beneficial if we are talking about getting justice for victims of police brutality, exploitative politicians, and the like who abuse people through social systems.
I just want to get back at some people at my last job. If you only knew how bad I want to fix these ? and they really deserve it. They got payback and retribution coming their way -
