Here's my theory on Desiigner: some Brooklyn hustler dude found a young crackhead scammer on the block who, in addition to trading in Jordans for ? , could rap like Future.
So this faceless BK hustler dude brings Desiigner out to these appearances, but Desiigner only gets paid after the show and only in ? . When we see him preforming, he's actually going through withdrawals.
