I ain't talking to you; only ? dimes since day one ? . You; been pimpin since pimpin, been pimpin ? . Got my first place at 18. A ? ate fast food errnight. Had no budget, ? been broke eating a can of tuna cause I copped madden.
Use to dump all the clothes in, pre water dump the powder detergent. Cold water..no ? , turn that ? on and bounce. Sometimes on some lazy ? left them ? over night. Least two times I showed up to my ? dried, and folded in a basket.
Long story short, I ain't know ? bout the upkeep heatlh, or what not about living on my own. So my question is, when you start separating dem colors and whites?
I didn't get right till my 3rd apartment at 21

I been black for 33 years, ion need to read, or talk about what it means to be black. I think I understand it.
-
As soon as I was old enough to reach the dials, my mom despised housework.

Always separated em, but I didn't figure out the cold/hot water thing until later. Like last year later.
-
I remember i was a youngin and my granny washer broke. No laundromat either. She had a washing board and clothes line out back. Had us washing our own clothes one summer like the field hand ? ....no lie.
But i learned to appreciate a washing machine and the convenience early. -
Thread on separating your clothes...I've seen it all

Never. Still don't. All my ? goes in together.

I learned to do laundry at like 14 years old
that ? was the first thing my dad told me
Apparently he thought my ? was gonna bleach colors so he had to be thorough -
Learned at a young age, like 14. Had to do my own laundry. However, all I use is cold water now as hot water makes no difference.

...unless I got whites to bleach, obviously. -
I use warm water when I bleach something. My stain remover is pinterest's miracle mix, 2 parts peroxide, one part blue dawn dishsoap, stuff is amazing. It is versatile too, I used it on these plastic white cubby-hole things made it look brand* new. Don't be afraid to use an old toothbrush on stains, the tiny bristles work great to get stains out.

When I was about 6. Growing up with a single mother and 4 siblings (I'm the oldest) meant I had to help moms out around the house a lot. Laundry, dishes, etc.

Thanks man this thread would do numbers in growing pains' heyday

Around end of middle school, I started out washing my sports ? cause I wanted to be fresh on the field/court
One day I washed my white shirt and socks with my red basketball shorts....wore them ? to the court....got flamed for rocking pink and red...never again.... -
Consistently.....about 9 years back when I ruined my favorite all white polo jacket
-
? ass filthy white ?

I had chores and this was one of them. I also had favorite shirts and ? , so I'd wash them myself so I could wear them more often. So definitely by my freshman year in highschool.
I also ruined a lot of clothes by not reading the labels and knowing what the symbols meant. Work clothes or casual, ? would be money down the street with bad laundry habits. So, had to tighten up and get it right. -
lol moms taught me when I was like 12, thats when I learned to cook for myself too
-
One of those, I was too poor or to lazy to separate my clothes, type of threads ehh
Can't relate, my grandma ALWAYS separated our clothes properly and so do I -

nosign... bleach bleaching clothes, like most chemical reactions, is catalyzed by heat. that's why you want to wash your whites with hot water and your darks and colors with cold water.why does this ? sound so inadvertently racist? -
I try separate but if I'm washing cold I don't. If I wanna wash hot I separate. I don't wash colors on hot.
I'm real. -
i buy black socks only so i dont have to separate ever, cause im lazy.
