Don't you ? start, G.dammit. You know G.damn well they were just standing there talking, when suddenly they wanna practice their ? ass Krav Maga moves.
It literally went from 0-100. And based on the climate of white officers and black people in this country, it's not a stretch to say that it was unwarranted. -

In another topic, we had a bunch of people talking about they didn't care about the endgame of protesting, they were just happy that people were protesting. If a lot of the protesters are approaching it with that mindset and are really just there to be a part of something and aren't actually trying to push things that will make change, what effect does anyone really expect to happen.
I mean BLM was protesting for a year or more before they really started to push proposed policy or anything that could actually be done to bring about change. If you actually want to see something happen, you have to protest with a purpose. ? weren't just marching to march during the Civil Rights era. They had a laundry list of demands that could actually be implemented and everything they did was in an effort to get those things in place.
People nowadays have all the will and passion in the world, and that's great because it brings attention to the problem. But it doesn't seem like there is a leader or leaders who is willing to implement a strategy that will lead to real things being accomplished. -
Like I ask in every "racist college ? " thread: why are black people paying (and borrowing) TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars to go to these schools?
HBCUs are for us....people need to utilize them. -

I hear you, but it's not that simple. -

Problem is if you step outside of any HBCU campus, you still have to deal with bs that comes with said town/city. -
