Trump Still Considers Exonerated Central Park 5 Guilty: ‘They Admitted They Were’
The fact that DNA evidence exonerated five men wrongfully convicted more than two decades ago in the brutal ? and assault of a female jogger in New York City’s Central Park has apparently done nothing to convince Donald Trump that they are innocent.
The Republican nominee declined to apologize when asked by CNN this week about his role as what one of the wrongfully convicted men, Yusuf Salaam, has called “the fire starter” for mobilizing public sentiment against the so-called Central Park 5.
Instead, Trump issued a statement saying, “They admitted they were guilty. The police doing the original investigation say they were guilty. The fact that the case was settled with so much evidence against them is outrageous.”
Trump’s critics have pointed to his persistent attacks on the exonerated minority individuals as evidence that his racially inflammatory stances predate the 2016 campaign.
The five then-teenagers, four of whom are black and one of whom is Latino, were arrested for the crime in the spring of 1989. Two weeks after the arrests, Trump famously took out a full-page ad in the New York Times calling for the perpetrators to be given the death penalty.
Instead, the five suspects were given sentences ranging from five to 15 years for the crime, which they confessed to under extreme duress. Psychological research has confirmed that vulnerable suspects, like teenagers, sometimes make false confessions in order to appease aggressive law enforcement interrogators who prevent them from sleeping, deprive them of contact with others and ask leading questions.
In 2002, after serial ? Mattias Reyes confessed to being the sole perpetrator of the attack and his DNA was found to be be a match with DNA found at the crime scene, their sentences were reversed. The five men sued New York City and settled for $41 million in 2014, a decision that Trump called a “disgrace" at the time.

There arent that many. His support in the actual black demographic is ridiculously low. Kinda gives clues as to the Trump supporters real identities. -

When you are black, you're guilty until proven guilty, and if you're proven innocent you're still guilty... ask Nate Parker

Both are though.
Both mainstream candidates could eat a ? come election day. -
Trump could come out at a rally and say
"Look folks, America was never safer or more productive than when we had slavery. Frankly we might have to take a look at that. I'm just saying"
And ? would still be like "but but Hillary supported the Crime bill"
Hillary is horrible. Awful. Terrible.. all those things. Trump is worse. -

As ? up as that statement was, saying people are guilty after getting exonerated, and being proven innocent without a doubt (after leading a witch hunt with a full page ad), and permanently jailing someone federally convicted of serious violent felonies 3 times isn't equal.
The statute defines a serious violent felony to include:
http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-procedure/three-strikes-sentencing-laws.htmlMurder;
Manslaughter;
Sex offenses;
Kidnapping;
Robbery; and
Any offense punishable by 10 years or more which includes an element of the use of force or involves a significant risk of force

Sure, they could be a wealthy businessman and feel that Trump will help them further their hustle.
Most black people are well aware of how most white people feel about us, so Trump saying it out loud doesn't move us. Actions like the Clintons attack on black people is considered a far bigger threat than a media ? who runs his mouth.
Trump is the ? that talks ? , Hilary is the ? that busts his guns. -
He took this one super personal. I assuming the victim here was white and female.
