Yeah, baby! Austin Powers star Mike Myers says he’s still interested in doing a fourth movie in the spy spoof series. Myers was already an established star thanks to his characters on Saturday Night Live in the late 1980s and early 1990s (and two SNL spinoff Wayne’s World movies) when he introduced a new original character that made him a global phenomenon. Inspired by his late father – who introduced Myers to British cultural icons – the comedian created a groovy, ’60s era super spy with very bad teeth for the big screen action romp Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
Two decades and two more Austin Powers films later, it appears that the comedy great wants to revive the series. Myers – who played Austin and his sneering nemesis Dr. Evil in the Austin Powers trilogy – tells THR in an oral history feature to celebrate the 20th anniversary of International Man of Mystery (May 2) that he’s game for more spy adventures. He says:
“I would love to do another, but you just have to see. I was devastated by my father’s death. But to have that turn into something that makes people happy is unbelievably satisfying. It’s that kind of stuff you never get used to or get tired of.”
The recollection of the first film for THR included director Jay Roach, as well as stars Elizabeth Hurley (Vanessa Kensington), Robert Wagner (Number Two), Mimi Rogers (Mrs. Kensington) and Seth Green (Scott Evil). The cast also included the late Carrie Fisher, who played a group therapist in a scene that included Dr. Evil and Scott. Recalling his work with Fisher, Myers says:
“I knew Carrie Fisher a little bit. I sent the script to her in the hopes that she would play the therapist. And she wrote a very lovely, supportive letter saying how much she loved the movie. She was so supportive during the shoot. She just kept giving me a hug and telling me, ‘I just love this scene and how weird the choices are.'”

Nah the Spy Who Shagged me was the best one. -
3rd one was awful but the first 2 were pretty funny. First was the best to me though.

They should make one where Austin teams up with Undercover Brother.

Third one was not good. The first time I actually recallvconsidering leaving the theater early. And this was a time before I hated everything and everyone.
