The question wasnt who senslessly murdered someone. If somebody runs up on someone and gets...well you get the picture, from someone, by all accounts it can be considered they "caught a body". Dont know what point your trying to argue but there's nothing there. Ironic because he's actually one of the ones to have this verified. Not that its a good thing you seem to be looking at it in an odd way. Dont know why you are focusing on one of the few verified cases but it is what it is. Just facts.
edit- you make a good point here looking over your post again. As I take it, people shouldnt take this type of thing lightly. Murder is almost always a bad idea and move and I used "almost" because there "may" be a circumstance where...I dont know. But for all intents and purposes might as well say always a bad idea.And murder and self defense are different under the law. but thats a different topic from the thread question. -
