Say hip hop was a fictional action novel in a way that you had to classify rappers based on their prowess is hiphop to set the fictional universe up as who was the most powerful on the totem pole.
So you would have 5 categories, ? , Demi ? , Super Human, Mutant, Crime Fighter.
Gods are earned and unquestionable status as such
Demi gods are a near ? like but either heavily flawed in some way or hasn't earned ? like status
Super Human is unquestionable prowess but not ? like
Mutant is inhuman skill
Crime Fighter is inhuman skill in the right area
So to start off,

Demi Gods-Busta,Dmx,50,Redman, Kendrick, Prodigy, Common
Super Hero-Fab,Big Boi, UGK,E40, Cam,
Mutant-Lloyd banks, Canibus, Royce the 5'9, Kurupt, Tech Nine, Cole, Method man, Kiss
Crime Fighter-MF Doom, Black Thought,, Joe Budden,

Oh yeah, u can also do villans as in who's done the most damage to the world of hiphop
