Looking for an insurance payout. Most plants should be more than well-equipped to handle catastrophe like this especially in the southern U.S. I dont think anything will happen but the CEO might get a huge payout on a claim.
Btw my prayers go out to those of you in Texas right now ....
"The company powered its coolers with backup generators at first, but they were overwhelmed by water and have failed, leaving the chemicals to warm." -

Smoke and an explosion were reported on Thursday at the flood-hit Arkema SA chemical plant in Crosby, Texas, Houston TV station Fox 26 reported.
The company evacuated remaining workers at the damaged plant on Tuesday, and Harris County ordered the evacuation of residents within a 1.5-mile (2.4-km) radius of the plant, which makes organic peroxides used in the production of plastic resins, polystyrene, paints and other products.

This is what happens when you relax regulations.
Do anybody remember the silo explosion some years back?
There are chemical plants in Louisiana and Texas that operate below world safety standards for job creation.
Texas and Louisiana are two of the largest chemical manufacturing states because of portability and petrochemical regulations. They are also considered the two largely influenced states for Petrochemical lobbying. California was number one in the 20th century until drilling was made hard by environmental regulations. -
i used to live right down the street from there im glad nobody died but ? that place cause they never hired me lol

You wrong for this but these joints usually pay 25+ plus an hour no diploma required. -
2 SION point some back up certainly should have been in place as top priority. They cashing out. CNN showed a nice subdivision flooded out. ONE crib was smoldering! Fire department was cleaning ashes I said haaaa! He gets it! Probably no flood insurance, burn it! Drastic times call for drastic measures and we are all bearing witness. Continued prayers and togetherness.
