Why Doesn't The American Government Have Major Bases In Africa?

Alot of y'all keep talking about "we".

Who the ? is "we"? ? you ain't got no military base and you ain't benefiting from military base.

Africa is considered to be in the European and Chinese spheres of influence. The former since colonial times and the latter in recent history ( late and post-cold war era). Any involvement by the US in that region is usually to support the Europeans in their economic endeavors through the UN.
