I read that because of the amount of claims FEMA is only able to give $800 , 2 weeks in a hotel , and rent assistance for about 3-4 months

There are a couple stretches of freeway under water still which is causing major traffic as people start heading back to work and school.
15 minute commutes turning in to hours long crawls. I live 5 minutes from the job and it took me half an hour today.
I feel for my coworkers..I'd be ready to road rage on someone. -
