This sums it up perfectly.
How can you say he ain't got talent.... that ? can rap... you ? just want to say he wack cuz you think it's the "hip hop thing 2 say" -
I liked his verse on that joint on Jeezy's album. I never felt him but I'm gonna give him a second chance off the strength of that verse...

-
This ? sucks and if you think different then ? all your music opinions and tastes altogether. Period. I'm out.

How do you even bring this comparison up? -
Just wait til he has another hit song where he spells something out in the song, then you'll know boosie's back

That "Touchdown 2 Cause Hell" gone be a classic yall just wait and he been selling out shows in every city
I guess with all that buzz getting out of Angola some of yall might have been expecting him to shake the
streets soon as he got out but you gotta plan your work to work your plan ya dig, i think he just getting
his foot back in the door so he can bust it wide open when the time right.
And for those saying he cant rap, he actually got substance in his music believe it or not
You prolly just cant feel it cause he not speaking your language but he speakin about the struggle
give you the game from every angle, the good and bad, but i guess he not lyrical enough for some of yall -
From the South. Never been a Boosie fan, No limit, or Cash Money fan.
-
He's not the most lyrical rapper, but I can see where the comparisons to pac come, it's a lazy comparison though. Boosie is Boosie, the similarities with pac start and stop with conviction and conveyance of emotion which is a talent in itself. Unless you're ready to put DMX(closer to pac than boosie) or beanie Sigel in that category as well, you gotta leave Boosie alone. Like I said before, he's not the most lyrical, but he's not devoid of talent. Lyrics ain't everything in music, just like money ain't everything in life. If that's the case, how nelly have the run he had, cause that kiddin like jason line is beyond reproach. Boosie a problem, and I wish that ? success, he in his own lane, and we shouldn't disrespect pac legacy or Boosie's originality by comparing the two all the time.

Boosie gets mad love in the hoods of America, he wont ever be mainstream but he will get play and love wherever he go. out here in Chicago he stays getting play.

We'll never know but I think if anyone would blow it would be Soulja Slim (rip). I made a thread about him last november.
