Dunno if you are being serious but I'll entertain this.
When a URL loads, you're downloading whatever images are on the page. The spoiler simply hides it from being viewed.
So if the file name is "Sophie-and-the-ass-? -twins-get-rammed.jpeg", if the file doesn't automatically get "blocked" by your firewall, your computer can still be dinged based off of questionable content.

best hours I ever had was at a steel fabrication shop....all the big dogs liked to go fishing on Friday so they agreed to work four 9's and a 4.....every Friday we got our checks at 11:30 and were outta there by noon...
another warehouse I worked at I went in at 4pm and got off anywhere from midnight to 2am.....? was goat....could wake up at 9 or 10 am, move around handle any business I had to do or just kick it, go to work, then get off right in time for whatever play was on my phone that night >>>>> -
This ? is boring as ? to me. Even when u have a good bit of ? to do. You finish and u feel like that at least killed four hours. U look and its still 6 more hours to go.

When he says download It means "download" not packets or traffic. Yes your traffic can be dinged because the packet contains those words or combination of those words.
But that ? aint downloading!
In Kuwait, our ? was so sensitive my ? got flag for reading a human trafficking story about porn stars. Porn ? and couple of blurred out pics put me on the hit-list.
Edit: I work on a college campus. the firewall is wide open. LOL!
