The music on this show just has me even more convinced that nas next album gon be straight up fire
-
More likely they will release the music from this show as streamable and make money from it that way. They could probably make a lot.

Tyra banks made that show a few years ago.
And I believe Rupaul did as well. -

From now on, please add spoilers for those who haven't check the show. I'm watching cause of this thread. It's boring to me right now but interesting enough to keep me watching -
Ive only seen the first episode, but I think the show got better and settled down as it went on, some well known actors in it too...
Its very exaggerated, but its kinda showing that your heroes/idols used to be super heroes, and also showing how big kung-fu was back in the 70s...
It is very cartoon like and like I said exaggerated/over the top at times, but its that kinda thing that will bring in non hip hop fans to watch... But hip hop fans will notice who the characters are suppose to be in certain scenes, like in 'Straight Outta Compton', where casual fans/watchers wont...
I can see the vibe Nas and the makers are going for, some people will like it some wont... Funny I thought at one point its like Westside Story mixed with The Warriors...
Also I thought the mix of real life video footage of the Bronx was dope, showing how parts New York really were like 3rd world countries with all the buildings on fire...
Also the part were dude recited that poem to his teacher was DEEP!!! Loved that scene... -

Jay Z was born in 1903 so it's possible.
