ur talking about levels and backgrounds and u are not even addressing the real issue. personality disorder vs mental illness. if u want to tell me they are the same we can have that discussion but talk about there are levels to ? and we are all different when i am sitting here telling u that we are different and there are levels to ? . personality disorder is a different level than mental illness. a person with a personality disorder is more prone to violence. our environment does affect us. all we see is violence every single day no matter where u are but that doesn't mean we are all gonna snap and ? folks. ? grow up in the hood and see folks getting killed everyday and they will never ever ? a person. a rich kid watches television and plays call of duty all day gets mad cuz mommy and daddy got him an infiniti instead of a benz and goes an shoots up his school.

u ever watch criminal minds? there was an episode and they were interviewing the dude and he says
"I see a guy walking down the street with a stupid look on his face and I want to bash him over the head with a bottle. To me that's normal. It's weird to me that no one else feels that way. It's all I think about. I can't stop."
to u he is mentally ill but this dude is not mentally ill. he has a personality disorder so to him its normal. he thinks that we are crazy for not thinking the same way.
when we can properly distinguish between the two then all these folks can be treated the proper way.
popcorn lung and lung cancer attack the same system but they are not the same and shouldn't be treated the same. a personality disorder attacks the mind just like a mental illness does but they are not the same and can group together or treated the same. -

I think it's a lot harder than yall ? think it is to do good police work. I mean to do ya I's and cross ya T's and do it right so they don't run down on the wrong person wit the whole nation watchin..
I mean unlike what they normally do which is much quicker but reckless..I think in this case they actually are trying to legitimately do it right..and it takes longer than what u see in an episode of law and order or the first 48 -
